Standard shipping orders take 1 to 3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and Aurora Wavez is not responsible for any delays with postal services. Standard shipping cost is $7.95 and estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be $9.50. For next day shipping the cost is $25.95 and estimated delivery time is one to two business days after shipping. We offer free shipping to orders over $79 .
Aurora Wavez is not responsible for Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier. Please contact USPS. (1-800-ASK-USPS) Aurora Wavez cannot be held liable for the USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the carrier.

How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to two weeks from the day you mail your items back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
