How long does it take to process the return?
Please allow up to two weeks from the day you mail your items back for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once you receive your email, indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your aurora waves E gift card sent you email address on file.
Is there a return fee?
You are responsible for any shipping fees on returned items.
