Warranty Terms: our 15 day warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item, please feel free to contact us immediately!
RETURN POLICY:
Aurora Wavez gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defected merchandise purchased online for a store credit. (E- Gift card)
Items damaged or defected may be returned by contacting customer service within the 15 day warranty time period. If we are not notified within the 15 day warranty. Of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing or accessory’s caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
RETURNS:
You can start your return process by emailing us at Returns@aurorawavez.com. You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount please include processing number that you will receive when emailing returns@aurorawavez.com
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to aurorawavez.com E gift card sent to the email address you designated when processing your return.
